I would like to get my nose done but was wondering which is better to get in a hoop or stud.My mom had a stud and she had many problems and I like the look of a ring so Im not sure.Thanks kristal

How long ago were they done?... Mine are close to 9 years old and on occasion will still "ooze", especially when I have my period... Still sore?... Again, how long has it been since they were done?... I have soreness rarely, but usually around PMS time... I won't even persume to tell you how to care for them, I'm not a doctor... I can only tell you what I've done in the past... When I have a "flare-up", I go back to the first days... I clean them 3-4 times daily with antiseptic soap and then I'll use A&D ointment... Put a dab of A&D on the ring (or bar) then slide it back and forth so the A&D gets inside the piercing hole... That usually took care of it for me... However, I'd only do that for 2-3 days tops, if the pain, soreness continues, SEE A DOCTOR because there are some infections that only antibiotics can clear up...

I have had my tongue,nose and eyebrow periced.I had surgery 7 weeks ago and had to take out my nose and eyebrow.I thought i would be upset as i loved my pericings but too be honest,I took them out for surgery and as soon as i got out of surgery i put back in my eyebrow but then took it back out for a few days and have not put them back in.I guess i am just thinking that I am going to be going to school for my RN and the last thing people are going to want too see is my percings,i know a lot of people have them and do not get me wrong i did love my pericngs but not anymore. If you want it done then get it done. it only matters if you want it done.thats the way i think about it. i wieghted more then my mother when she was haven a baby. so when she had my bro and losted wiegth i was i still wieghted morre and then i lost wieght and i felt comfortalbe with my tummy showin. so i goin mind done and guess wat u can look at it and say i did this for me and then u can set the goal that i did i started working out and eating good so it would not look bad and i sed if i fell behide i would take it out but i kept up wit it. but like i sed if you wat it then get it dont payation to wat other people say. i hope i help xoxoxoxchelceoxoxoxoxox
