Topic: I know you all will all understand
We just added some equipment to the gym, a nice incline/decline bench and 300 lbs of plates and a nice pretty and shiny barbell. The bench has leg/preacher curl/butterfly attachments which we do not need, but it was a good bench and the price was very good, so I figure the other stuff is a bonus, cannot hurt to be able to do stuff on either station. WE are getting close (Long way from the Diesel Gym, but that one is one of a kind), I want a Smith rack to do squat/bench with out a spotter and max lifts etc... I want a dual cable tower for cable crossovers etc... and a calf machine/squat rack of some kind, all of these I am going to have to find old treasures cause they are EXPENSIVE for what I want. I will be working out later after if drops back into the 90's.

You are strong!! Good job Jesse
Nothing for me Friday, it is one of my two days off per week from lifting, I walk or drink wine vigorously on these days

Topic: RE: Friday Workout
Ended up being a full day off for me and now we are going to be away this weekend. Since I didn't workout Friday I will find a way to work out when we are at my parents house. I plan to bring the dumbbells with me!

Wow!! That is so awesome. Well maybe I won't hesitate if I need to get my gall bladder out!! Haha! Actually I've had no problems at all with it lately. I think maybe my diet is controlling that.
168... I have not weighed that since Sr. yr in high school. 20lb drop is incredible. Congrats at almost being at goal. That is wonderful!

Topic: O.....M......G........
I have just gotten home from the gym - and after I took my shower from the wonderful sweating I hopped on their scale just to see where I'm at. Well - when I went in for my GB surgery I weighed 188.....I am now down to
*****Drumroll please*****
168
That's right - I have lost 20 lbs in ONE MONTH!!!! I didn't realize the GB weighted that much
. Seriously I can't eat as much I was able to eat before the gb removal.......but this leaves me at 9 lbs left to be at goal!!!
HOLY MACAREL BAT MAN!!!!
I'm sort of scared from loosing that much that fast - but my doctor assures me that I'm normal and not to worry. If I feel like I'm loosing too much he'll modify my diet to where I'll slow the loosing down. I'm worried that even whith what I eat that since I don't have much of an appetite that I'll still keep loosing......
ANY WAYS....didn't mean to get that side tracked......
I'm 9 LBS FROM GOAL!!!!!!!
Much
