Welcome to the board!
What are the different sizes of dumbells that you have? I just want to make sure they are not the pink 3lb ones!! Haha!
Here is a few links for you to check out:

Keep in mind you can do a lot with just your body weight as well -
push ups, crunches, dips, etc.
Here is a full body workout ........
(3 sets of each, 10 - 15 reps.. last two reps should feel like you can hardly do them so make sure the weight is heavy enough):
Deadlift
Lunges
Bent Over Row
Row with Elbow Out
Bent Over Reverse Fly
Push Ups
Chest Press
Chest Fly
Shoulder Press
Front and Side Raise
Bicep Curls
Overhead Tricep Press
Dips off the couch
Assorted Abs
Since you have not been working out for a while you might want to just try doing this twice a week at first and then on the other days get some cardio in which can be as simple as some brisk walking. If you have questions on how to do any of the exercises let me know.

Thank gawd.. no joint pain, no gall bladder problems, no other issues, NO EXCUSES!!! I am getting some consistency again and my strength and energy is coming back. Next week I'm going to try a couple split sessions and do cardio in the am and lift in the afternoon. Thinking about doing a more 3-4 day traditional split for resistance training as well.
Sunday : Swim Laps - Breast Stroke - 35 minutes
Monday: DAY OFF
Tuesday: 20 min arc trainer, 20 minutes HIIT Cardio - running/incline walk intervals, 20 minutes spinning
(POLAR HR Monitor: Burned 700 calories, Heart Rate Avg: 145)
Wednesday: 30 min Bike and 30 min Brisk Walk in evening
(POLAR HR Monitor: Burned 540 Cal, Heart Rate Avg: 130)
Thursday: 30 minutes spinning, 30 minutes lifting upper body
(POLAR HR Monitor: Burned 720 Calories, heart Rate Avg: 140)
Friday: 30 min spinning, 30 min lifting lower body
(opps... forgot HR monitor)
Sat: I will probably swim for 30 min in the am and then do some spinning or regular biking in the afternoon.
Topic: Funny Milestone
Posted this on the main message board but thought you guys would get a kick out of it......
I finally had a memorable milestone that I just thought I would share:
I recently decided to splurge a little and buy some cute new summer outfits from the Jessica London Catalog that were on sale... (http://www).jessicalondon.com. They have great stuff if you want to check it out. I like Chadwick's too - owned by the same company. Actually they own the Lane Bryant Catalog as well which is probably a little more popular but a little less trendy. Anyway, I found this light blue georgette printed short skirt that has a fluted-bottom on sale but they only had one left and it was a size 14W. I bought it thinking I would be able to wear it soon so why not go for it. Something I would never have done in the past. I took a guess that I was probably still about an 18 or maybe a 16 but wasn't 100% sure since I had not bought any clothes recently. When it arrived I tried it on and to my amazement it fit perfectly already!
The next day I wore the skirt to work and got lots of compliments on it.
My co-workers and I went for a little walk to grab some lunch. Apparently not only did my skirt size change but so did my stocking size. The brand new stockings I bought slowly crept down to my knees during our walk below the skirt line!!! I picked them up as much as I could while trying to be discreet about it but I had to inform my co-workers so we could make a pit stop to the bathrooms. They just laughed and said congrats! Too funny. I made it to the bathroom and proudly tossed them into the garbage!
I had my surgery on 4/19 and am down around 40lbs. I started at 280 (size 22-24) and am now about 240. Maybe even a little less then that. I've been losing a lot of inches lately and building great muscle. It is mostly due to my more aggressive exercise routine. I'm just thrilled with the results and feel very blessed to be on this journey with all of you =)
Happy Friday!!!
