I got to do an hour of BodyPump (my weight lifiting class) and an hour of BodyCombat (Kickboxing!) I didn't realize how much my endurance level went down while I was MIA from the gall bladder stuff.....it kicked my shrinking hiney!!! BTW - I've dropped 12 lbs since surgery two weeks ago!!!! 18 more to go then I'm at GOAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What did YOU do tonight???? Dee Dee

I made it this am .. did 55 min of spin. Tomorrow will be 20 min of HIIT cardio and 30 min of full body workout .. THanks!

Good workout Val, sucks when the fuel tank is empty Are you lovin the eliptical? I enjoy those when I travel, the home units are knee killers (Huh Kristie), the bigger units at the gyms have a much longer more natural arc that does not hurt. Cannot wait to hear how you do in the competition, let us know.

No workout for me on Monday and even though I was saying I swore I would go to the gym after work today. I got up at 4am to come to work for a surgery software upgrade on Monday. Then I was like a zombie by the time I got home yesterday afternoon but couldn't fall asleep until 10pm. When I woke up I was still exhausted this morning and allergies were driving me nuts. Soooooooo I promised I would go to the gym after work. Well guess what.. it is 6pm and I am still at work!! I should be home around 7:30pm. I just want to go to sleep so bad..............zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. I'll try to push myself to at least go for a walk with the dogs. Maybe if I get a 2nd wind I will set my bike up on my mag trainer in front of the TV and do some indoor biking. I plan to go to bed early tonight and get a fresh start tomorrow.

I didn't get to do anything spectacular for my work out today - but I did get in an hour of pump and an hour of combat..... I feel so good now from that work out....I'm ready to be back in full swing of my work out!!! Great job Tammy!!! Dog you're strong! Much Dee Dee

nothing spectacular but... walked 3 miles seated cable rows 10 reps at 70, 80, 90lbs russian twists bench press 135lbX10, 155lbX8, 165lbX6 and drum roll please: 175lbX1 My personal record! Not trying to be ****y...I am just excited! You should have heard me scream in the gym! People probably thought I was a little dumbell chest press: 45lbX10 50lbX8 55lbX6 smith machine (declines) 115lb X10 135lbX8 155lbX5 quick workout at the gym...but better small than none!
