I have to catch up with you all; I won the battle with the virus in my Key & program files and it is good to be back. Wow, I am running 3 different anti-virus/pest/spyware firewall, stealth blac**** programs; I am done with these idiots. Cost me 180 $$$ per year but it is worth every penny if I can keep these creatons out of my box. Okay - I may be a big ole wussy - but I have to tell you that the GB surgery hurt worse than the RNY surgery did. I'm really tender and feel like someone has kicked the he*l outta my side. OUCH!!!! I can only hope that it gets better sooner rather than later....I have MANY things I'm supposed to be out and about doing this coming weekend - like going to sixflags and to the Braves game!!!! Time for my walk - I need to get this pain under control.....maybe time for a percoset instead.... Thanks for letting me vent Dee Dee

I'm home and in a good bit of pain. It feels like someone kicked me in the gut. (Apparently it's supposed to feel like this....) I look forward to being recovered soon....I need a good work out to take my frustrations!!!! Thanks for the thoughts and prayers! Dee Dee

Ok...back again! Did ya miss me? HUH DID YA??? I did! Well..... Lovin' the eliptical big time. Did my first squat workout since my injection and WOW No knee pain in my left knee, I mean it was a little tender, but no pain man!! I did my eliptical first to lube up the joints and some cardio then went from there. It felt so much better that I am going to see if we can get the right one done. It's still ouchy but not as bad as the left one was! YEA!! No surgery for now anyways! So.... rosin' up your bow and here we go! Eliptical trainer Program #2, Crosstraining 15 mins total 153 avg SPM 106 calories 1.04 miles Box squats 45# x 3 x 6 65# x 5 85# x 6 x 6 Back rows machine 45# x 12 70# x 12 x 12 Reverse hypers supersets with calf raises on Earl's do hickey thingy 3 sets each for max reps (Man that big a$$ chain on that sucker should count for something) I used the 30# plate setting. Side bends with 30# 3 sets of 15 each side continuous back and forth. And there you have it! Felt good to work the ol legs once again like they were meant to be. That eliptical was the best thing we could have ever bought. Thanks BIG DADDY!!! Love you bunches! SMOOCHIE
