Nice job all!! Happy belated new week. Monday was cardio only day for me. I did 20 minutes of HIIT Cardio - run/incline walking on treadmill and then 20 minutes of spinning.

After not being able to work out since two weeks ago Monday from having been restricted after having a gall bladder attack, I finally got back to the gym last night and did an hour of Pump class and an hour of combat class. WOW.....the lactic acid is burining hard today!!!!
I'll be glad when I have the gall bladder out and will be able to fully recover from that! I'll have to take a few days off after that surgery - but I will be back in the gym hard until I ahve my surgery.....I only have 30 lbs left to loose so I'm going to have to WORK on this!!!!

ooooohhh check her out! Girl you are looking HOT! Way to go!!! Your arms look great! Just curious, did you have plastics? If you didn't I am sooo jealous!! My only issue is my extra skin right now..but I am hiding it pretty good!

I must tell you that I did the russian twists (?) on the decline bench with 10lb plate. WWWWHHHHOOOOOHHHHOOOOO! That burned like a booger. Do boogers burn???? I did 2 sets of 15 and 2 sets of 20. I have a hard time doing abs because of my 5 abdominal surgeries! Gotta do them cause My back is killing me!
back rows 3 sets of 15....80lb,90lb,and 100lb
legs 2 sets of 20.....310lb leg press
PR in dumbell bench press....35lb, 40lb, 50lb 3 sets of 10 each and
55lb dumbell press.....6 times....Yeah! up in weight!!! whhhoooohoo!
smithmachine decline.....50lb X 15, 70lb X 10, 90lb X 8 (this is a PR too!)
does anyone know what the bar weighs on the smith machine?
Small workout....time restraints!

Plus walked at 6 am! Like walking in pea soup! It was sssooo hot and muggy. Good sweatin' weather!

Thanks guys.. Ya it took 4 days for me to recovery fully from 2 workouts.
I did go with less reps and lower weights but we did a lot of leg work.
Probably just too much. Next workout I will go slower. I have a caniser of glutamine sitting in my pantry that Dana takes. I might just try to go slower first but if that doesnt work then I will start on the glutamine.

Oh no, I am pretty uncoordinated at it too! My girls make complete fun of me. 
Until I tell them they should do it with me...that clears the room really fast!

Today is my off day! I have been cleaning, and taking care of the pool, so I figure I have burned a few calories that way.
