Leg Extensions: Set 1: 15 reps @ 95.0 lbs
Lying Bent Leg Raises: Set 1: 27 reps | Set 2: 27 reps
Stability Ball Crunches: Set 1: 39 reps | Set 2: 39 reps
Skiing - Nordic: 520 calories burned: 1.8 miles, 25 minutes ,4.32 mph

I like the way you go up to 150s...then back down...Interval training is the best for cardio. Nice Job!!

I really like the Sports Med doc. He seems like he is really concerned, and he is a hot young solid good looking hot body young nice strong...er...um...

He's a very pleasant young man that I will look forward to having him cover my knee care.

Val - Keep us posted on the knee issues. It's great you are going to a sports med doc. I'm sure he will take good care of you. I'll keep my fingers crossed for a quick fix and recovery!

Ya.. kinda like mountain climbing.. lol After 15 I usually have to hold on the majority of the time even if I go slow. I've noticed a few people can walk that at a brisk pace without holding on. Something to work up to.

yep.. that is gall bladder.. fun stuff. One minute completely fine and the next you get an attack. You might as well listen to them and just get it over with so you don't have to deal with it. I am sure you will bounce back pretty fast. Probably within a week. I had a friend who had her gall bladder out early Monday morning last week and by the weekend she was going to parties for Memorial Day. Granted she was very tired but she was able to get around very easily with minimal pain. See if you can get scheduled as the first case so you can go right home that day.

and for Cardio: Skiing - Nordic:149 calories burned: 1.0 mile, 15 minutes ,4.0 mph
