I understand the hairy canary runaround thing! That is all we have been doing!!! My mom took the kids all weekend and so I thought we would get alot accomplished around the house.....no way! DH did get the upstairs bathroom gutted. and we went to Lowes from 10 am to 6 pm and didn't leave! We did purchase everything we needed for the bathroom and believe it or not ........even down to the stencils. Walked all week long. I had a preschool graduation on Friday so no workout for me...unless you count crying.
Timmy graduated preschool. When we adopted him we thought there was some type of disability.....We had to hold him back a year in preschool because he had such a bad start in life. So this was a mile stone and we have learned there are no disabilities and the teacher said he is ready for kindergarten. So it was a really big deal! I am so greatful to God for him! What a blessing! Now you know why all the tears. Just alot of remembering back to when he was a year old!

Topic: Biking...my new exercise
I found a bike seat that does not hurt my boys. That being said, I am starting to really like long bike rides. I have gone for 3 long rides this past week. On Sunday, I road my bike for an hour and ten minutes ( at a fairly high intensity). After the ride, I stretched the lower back and legs to keep them limber. Today, I did my yoga in the morning. If the weather gets better, I will take a run this afternoon.....Who knows, maybe I will even start swiming

I haven't worked out all week. I hate those weeks. Just been running like a fool all week with school stuff, and the funeral was almost 2 hours away...can appreciate the stiffness with the driving all the time....ugh.
So, this 3 day weekend, I hope, will give me a chance to workout. Plus doing some yard work oughta help with that too. PLEASE NO RAIN THIS WEEKEND!! I am buying a new gas grill and I gotta get that baby fired up at least twice...maybe more...Loves me some bar-b-que! mmmmmm
This week is the last week of school....THANK GOD!!! At least my job allows me to be mobile. I walk A LOT at my job. And I do it at a quick pace. So at least I am moving my body...I like to move it move it!
I am cleaning my cage this weekend...it's a mess!
