Stability Ball Back Extension: Edit | Demo

Dumbbell One Arm Row - elbow close: Edit | Demo
Set 1: 15 reps @ 15.0 lbs
Plie Squat - dumbbell: Edit | Demo
Set 1: 15 reps @ 25.0 lbs
Dumbbell Biceps Curl - standing: Edit | Demo
Set 1: 15 reps @ 10.0 lbs
Ab Roller: Edit | Demo
Set 1: 75 reps | Set 2: 75 reps
Stability Ball Crunches: Edit | Demo
Set 1: 28 reps | Set 2: 28 reps
Overhead Press (machine): Edit | Demo

After a week off, I did, I have been driving all over the place, just too tired and stiff to work (should have, but talked myself out of it)
Seated Cable Row - wide grip: Set 1: 12 reps @ 95.0 lbs | Set 2: 10 reps @ 105.0 lbs
Barbell Shrugs: Set 1: 12 reps @ 135.0 lbs | Set 2: 10 reps @ 145.0 lbs
Cable Standing Biceps Curl: Set 1: 10 reps @ 65.0 lbs | Set 2: 12 reps @ 55.0 lbs
Alternate Heel Touches: Set 1: 95 reps | Set 2: 95 reps | Set 3: 75 reps
Stability Ball Weighted Crunches: Set 1: 10 reps @ 25.0 lbs | Set 2: 10 reps @ 25.0 lbs
Skiing - Nordic: 376 calories burned: 1.5 miles, 20 minutes ,4.5 mph (Intensity 2 -- Moderately Easy)

I know that is painful! Did they ever tell you to wear hi heels? That is usally one of the things they prescribe for that...funny huh?
The funeral was rough for me. I will miss him terribly. What a great soul he was. There were over 600 people go through the funeral home at the viewing and it was standing room only at the funeral.
I hope to be back at the workout this weekend. Tonight it's band concert, Friday it's 8th grade dance, the ahhhh 3 day weekend...all for ME!!! Then after that they only have 3 days of school with NO MORE ACTIVITES!!
....until cheerleading...

Today's workout:
back rows: 70lb, 80lb, 90lb--15 reps each
single cable rows: 30lb, 40lb, 50lb--10 reps each
dumbell shoulder press: 20lb, 25lb, 35lb--10 reps each
shrugs: 30lb, 35lb, 40lb-- 15 reps each
back row machine: 90lb, 90lb, 115lb-- 10 reps each
leg extensions: 100lb, 110lb, 120lb--12 reps each
hamstring curls: 20lb, 40lb, 60lb-- 12 reps each
leg press: 330lb 15 reps X 3
calf raises on leg press same weight 20 reps X3
shoulder press machine 50lb, 60lb, 70lb 10 reps each
lat machine 70lb--12 reps, 80lb--12 reps, 90lb--10 reps
Where is everyone???? How are your workouts going???
I also walked 2 miles today. Slow but sure! 19 minute miles (painful sides on my calves! I am trying to walk through it! It is like a tooth ache that makes you limp.

I hope your knees will feel better. I am going to alternate using heavy weights with the wraps and then use lighter weights without the wraps to try to keep the muscles around my knees strong.
Today I am going to do shoulders and legs again. Lighter weights today.
This weather is crappy!!! We walked in the rain yesterday morning and then it was cold and damp this morning. My legs are so tight today! That pain that travels up the side of my calf is still paining me! The doctor told me it is the fasha(spelling not my strong point). It is irritated and she told me to roll a tennis ball under the bottom of my foot. Some days it's good some days it's bad. Today.... oooowww! K..enough whining!
I have to take food to church for a funeral luncheon today. I don't care for funerals either.

Great Job! I am only dreaming of getting back up into numbers like that. I was about in that range pre surgery.
I have knee wraps and they had helped me up until recently. I double wrapped at my last squat workout and the knees are starting to really hurt. It didn't help much at all. I just sound like I am grinding up stuff in there all the time now, and it is painful just squatting to stretch with out weights!
I know ...waaahhh
So I am going to see a sports med guy next wee****il I can find out what is ailing me and fix it I had to alternate my workout routine.
I am glad they are helping you. Just becareful and don't get to where I am at. Sucks majorly.

I went and picked up knee wraps.... the white ones with the red stripes...
Man did they help!
I did my reps with 320lbs...15 reps 380lb...15 reps
510lbs.....15 reps!
This workout was incredible....This was after my supersets on the leg extension and hamstring curls.
Worked bi's and tri's..... supersetting 3 tri's at once....oooowwwwiiiieee!!!
This totally burned my tri's completely out!!!!...the kind of burn that makes you hold your arms in a locked position cause they hurt to move...
But such a good owwwiiiieee!!!
Hope everyone is doing well. It has been such a crazy week already for my family. Lots of things going on! Just crazy. Today is my only day home. Gotta clean my house some time! It seems to be a reflection of my life right now! Chaotic!
