The stretch was my absolute favorite part!! I did a little bit a yoga once upon a time and I loved it. I did start into Tae Chi when I was doing martial arts, but then I met my 2nd husband, who eventually took me away from everything I loved....long story...but I am back and I really do LOVE the Tae Bo, I can't wait until I get to where I am really bangin' it out. I want to make sure I get the right movements down, I really don't need to injur any joints right now! I am going to get ahold of OSU sports med and see about getting these icky knees fixed up! THEN WATCH OUT!!! Thanks for turning me on to it! I FRICKN LOVE IT TOO!!!

I frickin love Tae Bo!!! It is my favorite cardio, it has it all, and love the little stretch cooldown at the end, I NEVER stretch, but I really look forward to this. "It is your air, move your air back, now pu**** through, bring it back"

Hey guys! I am really liking this Tae Bo thing. I did lower body foundation tonight, for about 30 minutes, then about a 20 minute stretch exercise that he does. Ahhh memories, took me right back to Kung Fu...reminded me a lot of Tai Chi. Very nice, but I will tell you it is going to be a job getting back into my groove and my balance. Especially since the Meniere's has taken away almost 50% of my balance on my right side. Boy, I will tell ya, I was great on left sided stuff, but looked like a drunk on the right side!! That was it tonight. My girls insisted that I call it a night, that was about an hours worth of work, and Meagan said the noise my knees were making was grossing her out. BTW her kidneys look fine, stone is apparently passed (I think it happened sometime yesterday) But it is nice to know there is no evidence of kidney disease or renal issues going on. Her arms are so bruised and sore from all the IV contrasts, sucks majorly. But, she's feeling much better. SO, that's my evening. Waiting on security from Big Lots to call me and tell me that Earl has been taken into custody for throwing things at his place of employment! Have a good one! Val

Topic: RE: Bye Bye Gallbladder?
Talked to my surgeon tonight. I just told him the results. He had not had a chance to read the actual report. Based on that he is thinking about removing my gall bladder in 6 weeks or sooner if I get a bad attack. It's really going to be up to me and my pain threshold. He did say that with removal there is an 80% chance that will get rid of the pain and that it isn't 100%. We didnt really get into the working out conversation. I need to follow up with him. I need to find out if it is safe for me to just push through the pain or if that will do more harm than good. Tonight happens to be a bad night. I ate some of the gourmet cheese crackers - 1 serving that has 6 grams of fat. Well it seems that set my gall bladder off. It isn't a tradtional cracker.. just like baked parmesan cheese. (http://)store.bariatriceating.com/gochcr.html That is the last time I eat those again as long as I still have my gall bladder. I have an ice pack on my side and took some liquid tylenol so hopefully that will help.

Hi honey! I know i'm a day late and all I did yesterday was 20 minutes on the treadmill at 3.8 and 10 minutes on the bike. Today i'm resting my ARSE because my sciatic nerve in my hip is acting up big time this past week...today feels like I can barely walk even WITH the aid of 800mg ibuprofen...go figure! May do some crunches and upperbody work when i get home tonight. (wed) Hows your wednesday goin? Julie

Oh me either! I never was a runner. More the stalky lifter type! I have noticed my body seems to be "redistributing" my muscles and I am liking what I am seeing. My knees would kill me if I tried to run right now. As a matter of fact, I am not even going to squat anymore. Per my hubby's instructions, just leg extensions, leg curls, calf work, and back stuff. I am doing the Tae Bo leg foundation tonight. I figure I will get it down in a couple of weeks and then be able to turn it up a notch! Glad to see you are doing so well. Val
