Great Job Val, While most people your age are loosing muscle, you are gaining it. It is so hard for woman to gain muscle, but it is soooo good for them. Keep it up.

Hello from Cincinnati. I did my workout in a Ballys gym in the city. My hotel room overlooks the Cincinnati. Nice workout. Have a safe trip.

Well, I ran outta time tonight, I will have to shoot for tomorrow, but that will be tricky, I have a uniform sizing meeting for the cheerleader...then my workout to get in...it's a goal anyways...I really want to see it!
JEALOUS JEALOUS JEALOUS!!! Man I wish I could have a view of that just once in my life. What do you do for a living? I want to do it too!!! I would love to have a job that I could travel with. I mean, I could do travel nursing, but my family kinda vetoed that. Poop
It took over two hours to cut and I have blisters to show for it! But man, that is one helluva cardio...I actually really got a good sweat going and for me that is hard to do, I really have to do some major exertion to do that. So, I am loving it. I feel really good tonight.

Loved Sideways! A wine lovers movie, very subtle yet zany at the same time.
I am sitting heree looking at the Rocky mountains, pretty cool. Have fun and don't get lost in the high grass.
