Thanks, I didn't feel like it was that much, but Earl explained to me how hard it is for women to add lean muslce mass and that made me feel better. Plus it gave me some ideas for tweaking my workout a little bit. Tried throwing the discus just for fun today and jumping up and down the stairs again. That's a lot hard than people think it is. I wi**** could have been more fun for me, but Earl just wasn't in much of a sharing mood today, so I had to do it by myself. Thanks for the Happy Mothers day. So far it hasn't been such a great one for me. My turn to be blue I guess. But, it could be worse. I think I will go shopping...Yeah, shopping always makes me feel better.

Topic: Fever w/ dumping?
Starting around 4pm yesterday I began dumping. I'm two 1/2 weeks post op now. I have to say that last night was the sickest I have ever felt. All I had was some soup and some queso when we were out at a mexican place but I think that might have caused it. I'm guessing the fat content might have been too high. The dumping has continued through this morning but the cramping isn't as bad. Just very weak, dizzy, a little dehydrated, horrid headache. I am doing just fluids today. It seems I have a fever that continues to go up. Right now it is hovering at 100.8. If it hits over 102 and lasts a while I will go to the ER. Has anyone had a fever with dumping? Could this be something else?

Well, without the paper in front of me and all the percentages, etc...I can basically tell you that my bf percentage did not change, and I added 3 pounds of lean muscle mass. Which accounts for the weight I picked up as Earl kept telling me. He did great. I will let him toot his own horn. I am just going to have to beef up the cardio at this point to get the bf % down, but I am really happy with the muscle gain. He said that it is very hard for women to gain muscle anyways and for me to put on three pounds of it is really great. I can see the difference too. I know that when I get this loose skin off that will make a difference too, because quite honestly I do believe that is where I harbor most of my excess weight. Otherwise.... HAPPY MOTHERS DAY TO ALL MOMS OUT THERE!!!

Oh you ain't a kiddin' either...I didn't think they would be that hard, but when you are laying onthe decline bench, supporting your weight then bringing your legs up... WOW Killer. I did three sets of 6 the first time, then last time I got up to 2 reps of 8 then one of 6, so I am getting better.
