Good workout! Mine was blown out of the air today. My dear son went to the fire house today. LOL He was in his element......they looked so cute all dressed up in the mini firefighter outfits! It was sweet!!
Don't forget I need 9 spaces for the food part of the party! Do we get a discount for quantity???

How far from PA are you? 6 hours from the border! In the Southcentral area. I could bring Stacy and Dana with us. We do have a 15 passenger van you know!

...body workout tonight!
Just did an all over to get back in the groove. I find that helps when I have missed my regularly scheduled days of programming!
Here goes:
DB bench presses 15# 2 warm up sets, 25# 3 sets of 12
DB Incline flyes 15# 6 x 8 x 8
Overhead barbell presses 55# 10 x 6 x 8
Bent over lat raises 15# 3 sets of 12
Shrugs 40# 3 sets of 12
Jumping up and down the front steps like Earl did today...bunch of times, up all three, up and down on just one. Man that is killer...but I like it!!
Balance is an issue with me (meniere's disease) but I did pretty good. Bet the neighbors thought I was
Leg extensions 40# x 12, 50# 2 sets of 12
Leg curls 30# x 12 x 12 x 8
Hyperextensions 15 x 12 x 10
Seated Calf raises 60# 3 sets of 12
Leg raises on decline bench 8 x 6 x 6 way wicked man
OK, done.
Hope you all get your reservations in early for the Curry's camp in July, space is limited.

It's more fun than humanly possible! You know, the festivities at camp won't start until I officially arrive!

But, he's MY nut!! We have a lot of fun, I wish you all could come and be here an we could have a weekend long fiesta! Man, that would be the weekend to end all weekends huh?
I am soooo dying of embarrassment. They were whipping around my pictures from the hot tub party. Val gets kinda naughty when she's loaded on alcohol.

Well our sun has been about 3 days a week, thunderstorms the rest, weird stuff. If you do not like our weather now, wait five minutes cause it will change. If you bring "Those kind of sheep" you will have to live in Turlock (60 miles south) were men are men and sheep are dates. Bring the chickens for sure, nothing like chickens running around, but be warned I am told there are Ginny Hens in the area, mean ass little creatures.
