Thanks, Jennifer. I want to be the poster boy for WLS. Subway has Jerrad to promote the Subway diet... I want to be the "Jerrad" for WLS. Or better yet.... I want to be the Richard Simons of WLS.

Hahahaha... I just read that after I ate breakfast.. NOT GOOD! Speedo...lmao. All men in speedos = eww!! Me in a bikini - Could that be really possible someday? Not sure if that is a realistic expectation. What a nice dream though. I'd be thrilled to just wear a normal t-shirt without having to stretch it out over my knees so it fits properly over my belly and tush everytime before I go into the gym. Heck.. I'd be happy to be back in the gym in anything at this point!!!! Hopefully my surgeon clears me for basic stuff today.

Oh man I swear I say that almost on a daily basis! I worked her pretty hard tho, but she liked it! I know, I kinda had to prod a little, it was a battle between me and the computer, but I just said you know Ok, whatever and next thing I know there she was, workout clothes on, bandana on her head ready to get busy! We had a good time, and I think I can keep her really motivated. Especially when she saw that she was gonna be able to way outlift me! My knees hurt almost the whole time...damn this old age!!

Thanks Stayce X!! hehe that's cute! I told her, that really made her feel good. She's my heavy kid with low self esteem. I am glad that she is getting involved with the lifting. Man she blew that 175 up like it was nothing. We just need to tweak her technique a little. But her potential is unreal! I was SOOOOO jealous!! But, you know proud too! She gets those genes from her mama!
