Topic: Merry Christmas
I just got back from the gym. I did 45 min on the treadmill. It felt good to sweat out all those cookies and beer . Yes I am one of the lucky ones that does not dump. Yesterday I did a full body workout because I am not sure when I will be in the gym again. Merry Christmas to all of you and thanks for your support.

I think it is 8 weeks, and real important to stick to it. You will get back in no time, enjoy the time off and heal.

Hi Dee Dee, May I say you look GREAT I am so happy for you as I have to wait until April. Not complaining as it will give me some time to put more muscle on? I was wondering the down time as well. Thanks for asking this question. Good luck to you! Take care, Kathy

Thanks Mikee, I am worried that I will lose what I am working so hard to put on. Do you know what kind of down time we have when we have PS? I can't imagine not going to the gym and working out for weeks? Take care, Kathy

Hi Everyone, I have been working out at the gym with a PT. When I found out I was going to have PS, my trainer said we are going to train you for body building so you will have as much muscle as possible for your surgery. Well...I have fallen in love We have been working out for about a month and I just love it I think I have traded my addiction for food for weight lifting. I was posting on the main board "Did you move to lose" but I could tell my routine just didn't fit there. Summer told me about this board, thank you Summer. I can't wait to read all the posts, get to know everyone and learn from you all. Take care, Kathy 330/120/14% body fat
