Ab Lounge: Set 1: 60 reps | Set 2: 60 reps | Set 3: 25 reps

My husband is a personal trainer and just lovedan doing the boot camp style classes outside with his clients. I never tried it but on outside runs I will do stadium stairs and hill sprints when I get bored. I also try to finish with situps and pushups.

Just wanted to pop in and say
HELLO
to everyone here on the Body Building & WeightLifting Forum!! I have been away from OH for a long while due to illness mostly. I have a hernia that needs to be repaired and also I somehow got a intestinal infection yuck. I was in the hospital two weeks with that problem sand ended up having to get tubes put in my belly to drain the infrection out because it was filing up and made my stomach look like I was about 6 months pregnent...YIKES! I have been PAIN & INFECTION free for about 3 weeks now and the swelling has gone down tremendously
I feel like my self once again and have been getting back to my workout routines. I took some "UPDATED" pictures and posted them on my profile. Hope everyone have a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS

Topic: i tried boot camp today!!!!!
Whew what a workout!!!!, I wanted to do something different so i tried the boot camp group workout at the gym this morning with 15 others at 6am. What a workout!! it gave me. thank god for the streching afterwards or i would be hurting right now. It was a nice change of pace something that i will add to the routine every couple of weeks. Has anyone else tried one these classes? If so what did you think?

Last night in Visalia, work from the hotel for a while in the morning, hit the new branch for a while then back to my family, I miss em. It will be nice to sleep again, I never sleep well away from home.
