Oh.. man.. me too! First place I visited when I went to Dublin was the brewery. Use to love the Black & Tans. No drinks for me though until I get to goal and possibly the first 2 years per surgeons instructions. I was already a lightweight when it came to drinking before .. 1-2 glasses of red wine would make me tipsy. 1 glass of champange and I got the giggles. I can only imagine how drunk I would be after just a small amt of beer today. When I was in college 13 years ago I could drink the guys under the table. Funny how things change.
Topic: SUPPLEMENT FREE RIGHT NOW
RIGHT NOW I'M ALL NATURAL. ONLY GOOD CARBS, HIGH PROTEIN FOODS AND (SHAKES),MULTI VITAMINS, SIMPLE WEIGHTS AND CARDIO. I'M JUST STARTING OUT AND THATS WHY I'M ASKING SO MANY QUESTIONS. I'VE PICKED UP ALOT OF MAGS SPEAKING ABOUT SUPPS BEFORE AND AFTER WORKOUTS. ALOT OF THEM SUGGEST ENERGY PILLS (CAFFIENE AND SYNEPHRIN) BEFORE WORKOUTS! OKAY, I'VE DRANK CAFFIENE (MY COFFEE) BEFORE WEIGHTS AND FELT A LITTLE HYPE AND WAS ABLE TO DO MORE REPS, BUT TAKIN CAFFEINE AND SYNEPHRIN BEFORE CARDIO MIGHT NOT BE A GOOD IDEA I WOULDN'T THINK. WHAT DO YOU THINK? I WOULDN'T WANT MY HEART TO EXPLODE. NAW, I WOULD'NT WANT THAT! DEPENDS ON HOW MANY mg YOU TAKE???? LIKE I SAID, I'M JUST A BEGINER, BUT TRYING TO GET ALL THE INFO I CAN FROM PEOPLE THAT HAVE TRIED DIFFERENT SUPPS AND LOVED THEM OR HATED THEM! THANKS FOR THE REPLIES. I APPRECIATE IT!!

I can barely crack a peanut with my ass cheeks. I do need to do more shrugs. My abs are a work in progress. I keep reading not to over train them or they will "bulk up"...which is NOT what we want

Tracee, Save your money. Supplements are a rip off. This week its Gakic...next week it is something else. They are all overpriced. Unless you really need that competitive edge for some type of competition....don't waste your money

Yummy, but I love a Guiness, not low in calories or carbs, but float it on some Bass ale and Black & Tans here I come.
Topic: RE: Your best and worst muscles?
I can crack a walnut with my ass cheeks, my back has always been strong, and shoulders weak, but I have made my shoulders into one of my strongest groups. SHRUGS BABY! Legs are mediocre, but I am determined. Abs are hard as steel, wish I could see those, but I can feel them, OH yes, I can feel them.

HAS ANYONE EVER USED THIS, AND DOES IT REALLY LIVE UP TO IT'S PROMISES? I'VE BEEN SEEING IT ADVERTISED ALOT HERE LATELY.

I just discovered a great tasting beer with low calories and carbs. Beck's Light has 64 calories and 3 carbs...and it taste good to boot. It comes in bottles ...so I shake out the bubbles and enjoy.
