Topic: Your best and worst muscles?
We all have our favorites? What's your strongest and weakest muscles? For me, my best muscles are my traps and calves. My worst are my biceps and my butt.

Yup, very cool to see things in action, I just hate moving all the pillows so I can work out on the bed to use the mirror, it is hard to see the ceiling doing some moves.

I had a nice shoulder, bicep and triceps work out today. I really like this work out in front of the mirror. I can see the muscles working and it pumps me up. There is really something to be said about making that mind/muscle connection. I like exercises where I can see the muscle working. Anybody else like working in front of the mirror? ...or am I the only vain lifter on this board...come on fess up

Topic: RE: Supplements???
7 weeks into the workout and you are already looking for a magic pill Sorry, no shot cuts to gaining muscle mass You don't need anything right now. Just lift...recover and do it again. After months and months .....and a few plateaus, you will come to a point that you need supplements to take yourself to the next level. At that point, you can try the stuff Earl recommends....Until then, just pound the protein. Based on your weight of 209 lbs, you should have 209 grams a day. The extra protein will help far more than supplements. Good Luck and come back and tell us how you're doing.

Some swear by Glutamine, I have never seen anything negative about it so that may be a good option. Creatine is another, some negative press but more positive, seems be make some people feel bloated. I do not use anything but extra protein and Q-10 since surgery. I will most likely add Glutamine (And maybe creatine) after muscle gains slow; but that has not happenned yet so I am just doin what I am doin until it changes.

Topic: lower back is on the mend
The medicine and stretching and days off seem to have helped the back. I am going to try to get back in the gym today for a "light" chest and back (upper) workout. I will play it by ear....If it was not meant to be...I will end up in the hot tub and sauna
