thanks John, I am really trying to work the whole muscle all three heads; also same with all groups. This is why I also do tricept pushdowns with reverse grip, and wide grip rows, so far it is paying off.

Nice Job. Dumbbell rear lat raises are really good for you. I see so many people in the gym do only standing lat raises. You got to bend to get that rear delt.

Glad the finger is better. I hate sitting for a while after a big leg day, takes a while to get up to speed I had to bust out a short workout after yard work so I do not miss RockStar INXS \m/ ! I am back in my routine. Saturday I did a killer leg workout Sunday I took a long run. Monday I rested. Tuesday did a killer arms and shoulder workout. Today I did cardio and Yoga. I am on a roll.

Swelling is down on my finger.. Yay. It really isn't as bad as I thought. No big deal at all. Headed to the gym now for my cardio session. My legs are still sore but I will stretch after I warm up a little and do low to moderate intensity. I think the cardio will help. It is when I am sitting around doing nothing that they tighten up so much! Happy hump day!
