Where I am at if playing the numbers game:
52 down and about 94 to go
Start 281
Today 229 (but back and forth between 229 - 231 the last few days and staying in that range the last three weeks)
Goal: 135ish (would love to get to in that 15 - 20% range for BF)
So I've been stuck in a holding pattern! Bleh. =( Increased my calories a little the last couple days and monitored my weight more closely to see if it made a difference but that hasn't changed anything yet. I'm going to stick with that plan for a couple weeks to see if maybe that does the trick. I'm working out at least 60 minutes a day so I thought maybe I was putting myself in starvation mode but then again it could be that I am building more muscle from lifting consistently again. Also retaining a bit of water and probably PMSing right now. I set myself the goal of getting in 80 - 100 grams of protein and 1200 - 1400 cal. I'm not sure I can really do much more other than to just wait it out and ignore the scale for a couple weeks. If anyone else has suggestions let me know.
Added in Iron supplement 65mcg (elemental) X 2/day. My Iron was low from my last labs. Everything else was perfect.
Really enjoying my spinning class lately. Dana started working at a new gym so I am there when he opens the club. If I'm not at the gym then I am in our workout room at our apartment complex. Doing the cardio 5-6 days a week and lifting 3X per week .. alternating between upper and lower split.

Thanks Kristie, I really needed my Yoga last night. With all the driving that I have been doing, my lower back was staring to act up. Yoga really helps keep that lower back in shape.

I hear you, my golf buddies bust my chops now because I wear long pants in the morning if it is under 60 degrees, before I would wear shorts in the winter.

Here is what I accomplished tonight:
Dumbbell Incline Bench Press: Set 1: 15 reps @ 15.0 lbs | Set 2: 10 reps @ 15.0 lbs
Dumbbell Arnold Press: Set 1: 15 reps @ 10.0 lbs | Set 2: 15 reps @ 10.0 lbs
Dumbbell Rear Lateral Raise: Set 1: 15 reps @ 5.0 lbs | Set 2: 10 reps @ 5.0 lbs
Cable Triceps Pushdown (V bar): Set 1: 15 reps @ 30.0 lbs | Set 2: 10 reps @ 30.0 lbs
Worked the arms and back tonight, felt really good!

Mikee, Summer is sooo much better on the this side. I remember how hot and sweaty I was before WLS. I could never cool down. Now I get chilled if the AC is too low

Me too!! Great summer here as well even with having the WLS just 4 months ago. I'm really enjoying the changes in my body and my whole relationship with food in general. I can do better with the exercise. I have my good weeks and bad weeks. This week happens to be a good week =) Looking forward to seeing you in a few weeks!
