Topic: question about glucosamine
Do any of you take this to help with joint issues? My trainer said I should start taking it since I will be working out more with the additional classes I'm trying to take on..... I don't want to take anything that could be harmful to the "pouch" your thoughts please?!?! Dee Dee

My Sunday is being spent sick in the bed....with the occasional moment to post on the boards......I'm feeling like fooey hooey today so I'm taking it easy because I have to train for new classes to teach all week next week. Great work out!!!

Ok, so the weather was perfect here in our neck of the woods so took advantage of it early! Here is what I got accomplished today: Leg Press (45 Degree): Set 1: 15 reps @ 150.0 lbs | Set 2: 15 reps @ 120.0 lbs Hamstring Curls - prone: Set 1: 15 reps @ 25.0 lbs Leg Extensions: Set 1: 20 reps @ 35.0 lbs Standing Calf Raises: Set 1: 15 reps @ 35.0 lbs Ab Lounge Oblique: Set 1: 45 reps @ 0.0 lbs | Set 2: 45 reps @ 0.0 lbs Ab Lounge: Set 1: 106 reps | Set 2: 106 reps Hope you all enjoy your day, we are off to have breakfast and back home to watch some golf! Thanks Stayce. You will totally get there. I looked back at my goals I had set last year, and I simply crushed them. I had DREAMED of losing 100 pounds, and I've lost 140. I love love LOVE what this surgery has enabled me to do. Switching jobs was such a huge thing on so many levels, and losing the weight was key. thanks again and keep on keepin on! ~Annie

Hey Annie - Happy 1 year and congrats on your success. I just love reading about people who hit the 1 yr post op mark. I dream about that day and being in the 100's. It is such an inspiration to hear where you have been and where you are now. Congrats on switching jobs as well and being a happier and healthier you.
