Do any of you take this to help with joint issues? My trainer said I should start taking it since I will be working out more with the additional classes I'm trying to take on.....
I don't want to take anything that could be harmful to the "pouch"
your thoughts please?!?!

Thanks Stayce. You will totally get there. I looked back at my goals I had set last year, and I simply crushed them. I had DREAMED of losing 100 pounds, and I've lost 140. I love love LOVE what this surgery has enabled me to do. Switching jobs was such a huge thing on so many levels, and losing the weight was key.
thanks again and keep on keepin on!

Hey Annie - Happy 1 year and congrats on your success. I just love reading about people who hit the 1 yr post op mark. I dream about that day and being in the 100's. It is such an inspiration to hear where you have been and where you are now. Congrats on switching jobs as well and being a happier and healthier you.
