Topic: Lovin Summer
Hi Everyone, I hope that all of you are doing fine.
I am having a great summer. I am enjoying my new kayak. Last night I went out paddling. It is a pretty good upper body work out. I also played tennis with my boys on Sunday. The lifting routine is doing fine as well.
I will be taking a few days off next week and going up to Michigan (Sleeping Bear Dunes). I will post some pictures. Life is so good!!

Good Luck,
To drop weight quickly, just go pure protein a week or two before the weigh in. Cut out the salt. You will lose water weight. After weigh in you can carb up again. Wrestlers do it all the time to get down to there wrestling weight. Take a day or two off everything before the testing. Good Luck. BTW where is your picture? If I can post my ugly mug, you can too

Congrats. Ithaca Ny? My son went to Connell in Ithaca Ny? Try jogging up Buffalo street(very steep hill for those of you that dont know Ithaca)...then jog down to the Ithaca Bakery( Awsome Bakery) to reward yourself

Hi everyone!! I went ofr a walk/jog today and I can not believe that I actually jogged. First time in my life unless it was to get to the food faster. lol.

That is so cool! My husband is not one for compliments, but he suprises me sometimes with little comments like the one your hubby made. The one that I treasure the most was when he told me how proud he was of me for sticking to an exercise routine. I'd just come in from a walk when he said it. For some reason that made me feel better than ever hearing how thin or pretty I was. Congratulations on your loss, too. You are doing great.
