Welcome
Great to see you thinking already about exercise, I can say with confidence; WALK-WALK and do not stop. PS will most likely be a reality to some extent no matter what, but what you do to the foundation underneath the skin matters.

Good job Jesse, looks like you have gained plenty of muscle since surgey; awesome.

It is funny, we do not park the cars in the garage any longer, we are always on the prowl for new pieces, we are getting there. I am trying to get pieces that we will not outgrow (The home gym we purchased is already too light in some areas, but still useful in many other areas).

Thanks for the advise guys. I know slow and steady wins the race so I do plan on going slow. Walking walking walking seems to be the key right now but would like to keep some of that strength. Thanks again

3000 calories was a guess. I actually counted earlier this week and the number is closer to 2,500. And yes... men can eat a lot more than women.

Thanks Mikee, You are a serious trainer. There are a handful of WLS people that train like you do. I think that 60,000 people a year have the surgery. My guess is that about a 300 people train at your level. That puts you in the 99.5% percentile.
