Any know links to Multiple Myeloma or Monoclonal Gammopathy

I just had my 5 year anniversary and for the most part have been ok.  I lost a total of 132 pounds and have gained about 20 in the last 2 years but have stayed the same since then.  A few problems like hernia, hysterectomy, and anemia.  Now there is a possibility  I may have Monoclonal Gammopathy and even worse Multiple Myeloma (form of cancer).  I just had a bone marrow biopsy to determine this and will have the results in a week.  Is ther any link of this diagnosis to WLS?
