POLL,what make up can`t you live without ?

I read this question in a teen magazine,( no I`m not a teen anymore) Which item of make up would you take with you if you were going to be stranded on an island with lots of attractive guys, only one item is allowed. I was at the drs office and there was only feild & stream or this J 14 something magazine. I decided that I would take lipstick , It makes me feel pretty, plus it would work like lip balm on that island. Please post a reply . I can`t be the only one who ever came here. Dar pre-op

I would agree with lipstick, I notice I buy lipstick and don't even wear it anymore!! I just like to have it. I want to get back into wearing makeup again when I lose more wt, I just don't feel like its justified wearing makeup right now, I have about another 125 lbs to lose. I know it sounds stupid but I feel self conscious wearing it when I feel so self conscious about my wt. I really enjoy cosmetics though and love to go to the Sephora web site to window shop.

Ellen, thanks for answering I have never been to the sephora web site.I will check it out. I really don`t need anymore make-up, I am an addict.I think that you should set a lbs lost goal to have a makeover done. like 75lbs lost then get one. Keep up the good work with your protien . That is a great question, we ask that question at our mary kay parties! My answer to that is foundation. My eyes hold thier own, my lips are full and pretty but foundation covers my entire face and makes it look satiny smooth and heathy! Only one!!! I guess it would have to be MAC lipglass. You could look like a wreck and instantly you'll glam up.

I would have to say eyeliner. There are many different ways to apply it. Whatever your mood is, you can apply it to match (work style, cute, playful, seductive). Stuck on an island with lots of attractive guys, you could definetly use your eyes to communicate and get what you want. Some say the eyes are the window to the soul. Alluring eyes often are serious weapon. You can get things done for you, without saying a single word!

Usually the only makeup I wear is some type of lip product. That'd definitely have to be it.
