So true!! I went on my first cruise last November and was surprised by how much food is around you. But there is so much to do on the ship and while you are in port besides eat! Was even more surprised when I got home and went for my weigh in appointment and had LOST weight! I really enjoyed my cruise and we are planning another one at the end of the year again!

Topic: Spring Break 2004
Good afternoon friends. I am coming up on my one year anniversary on May 28th. I am holding steady at 1about 186 pounds. I have maintained that weight for about 3 months now. I am happy as can be. I have also finalized our annual Spring Break Cruise for 2004. We will be going out of Miami on March 20, 2004 for 7 days to the Western Caribbean.
