I have a question about exercise and music
I love wearing my walkman (all the time) and listening to music. I exercise almost every morning (7am) to my music while I wear my ten pound ancle weights.
My partner is very ill and doesn't get up until usually ten, so I try to be quiet. All she can hear is my skin flapping!! LOL
Anyway I've been listening to Christina Agualar and Beyonce, but I'm getting bored. I like hip hop, I used to listen to my teenagers music that's why I like those, but she lives away from me now (19) So I don't know what's good for MOVING!
Help, I need some suggestions. Does anyone else dance for exercise??

I love to dance and I use the walkman when I exercise. I have found some great dance music. If you have a Borders book store, or any music store, go to the "Dance" music section, and pick out something from various artists. This way if you don't like one song, chances are there are 10 others you do like. They have so many compilations to choose from. This is what I do. If you are really feeling adventurous, try something labeled "techno"...
