The new Exercise and Fitness Forum will consist of many great articles, illustrated exercise programs and much more. Unfortunately, the posts currently found within this message board will not be converted at this time, but there will be a new section within the new message board to post on the this particular topic. I started Belly dancing about 2 months ago. I've lost 5 inches already (no lbs-I think I'm gaining muscle) But I love it. I never felt sexy in my life. now I do! Doc. says it's very good exercise. My answer to the scar situation- Henna tattoos. They work great to cover-up scars and are not permanent (last a week or so). See you on the dance floor!

I plsn on going to Fat Chance Belly Dance which is for all ages, shapes and sizes here in San Francisco..they say it is very sensual. Glenna, let me know when you start dancing out and I'll drive down to go dancing with you!

I cant wait to belly dance. It is something I have wanted to do for quite some time. I did a little while obese, but now that I am losing the weight I cant wait to do it more often.

I love clogging. I had one year of it and then decided that I wanted to take beginner again. It was not offered the 2nd year so my shoes are resting. I am waiting on a Insurance approval date. Maybe after surgery I can find someone who will offer beginning again and I can clog my way thin. I live in Vancouver WA. I bet you have great clogging in KY. Barbara
