Southbeach makes some breakfast wraps that have lots of protein. They are in the freezer section and all you have to do is put it in the microwave and go. They have several flavors. Melissa

Hi Brianna !!! OK...sooooo, have you sent out your resume? I'm hoping you are keeping all options open in the law enforcement field. There is nothing wrong with wanting to work a more conventional shift...I find that the overnight shift REALLY is difficult, although I've been on straight midnights for almost 8 years now. Of course, our hours aren't terribly bad...9:30pm til 6am...I know that a previous dispatching job we had midnight til 8am hours (ugh!!!!) that was really difficult to work. I really hope they change the schedule for you....it would be a shame for them to lose you! Keep me posted on what happens!!!
