TOO MUCH FOOD!!!
Oh my goodness!! Did my mom ever over do it today?? I got over there, and I, of course, being on the Metabolic Research program, brought smoked turkey breast, snap beans, whole wheat rolls, whole kernal corn, unsweet tea & Diet rite! Well, she had dumplings done with her fresh boiled hen, her famous homemade dressing & cranberry sauce, grilled pork loin, red velvet cake, pecan pie, pumpkin pie, and brownies!! I was dying!!
I caved in! I had a helping of the dressing and cranberry sauce! I knew I shouldn't have, because I weigh in again tomorrow. Then I thought, what the heck~~~ I have screwed it up now, so I helped myself to a small slice of pecan pie. Before I could eat it all, I felt bad and guilty, so I gave the rest to my 4 year old son! There goes that 5lbs I lost!
I soooooooo dread tomorrow afternoon. They were supposed to measure ketones and everything! WATER WATER WATER tonight!

Sherri, How did the appt go??? try not to beat yourself up too much! We all slip now and then, it happens... just accept the fact that you fell off the wagon, but get right back on! You gave part of it to your son, that is a good sign! It is very hard, especially with the holidays here to avoid all the temptations!!! Just try to keep positive...!!! YOU CAN DO THIS !!!!!

Sherri, you keep up that kind of water intake and you will drown from the inside out HAHA. I am glad you lost a pound instead of gaining.. even with your slip!
