I am finally losing!!
I was 185 when I joined metabolic Research, and yesterday I was 177!! I'm not going crazy like I thought I would. I've stopped obessing about food and what I will eat the next meal, while I'm getting up from the table from eating one meal!
I am finally seeing a jump in my energy too. I think I've finally found a program that is going to be right for me. If I don't like something they suggest, we find something else to try, and I can count on them to be there if I encounter a bump in the road. I about had a cow last week because I went somewhere and ordered a salad with grilled chicken. (We all know grilled chicken is fine, right???)
Well, girl.... when I weighed in 2 days later, I was up 1 pound!!! We went over my list of everything I've put in my mouth, and guess what???? Mexican resturants marinated their chicken in BUTTER for 24 hours before cooking it!
Not only high in fat, but high in sodium to help us hold onto tha****er!! So, for 2 days afterwards, I drank 120ounces of water, and drank 4 high nutrient supplement drinks a day, no breads! It worked because when I went in yesterday, I was down from 180 (with that pound I had put on) to 177.
