Delays Delays

Well I started my stress test last week and the machine decided to burn out before they started. I have to reschedule. They tried for the next day but my diverticulitis kicked in and I ended up in the hospital for three days. I returned to work yesterday and I am doing a double today. I still feel sick to my stomach and have an acid taste in my throat. Hopefully this does not put off my surgery that much. I have to call Monday about the reschedule for the stress test they never called me on Friday. This is the last hurtle and hopefully I can move on an have my surgery.

Robert.. how did things go? were you able to re-schedule your stress test and overcome that last hurdle???

Brianna, Yes I had my stress test last week and I see the doctor friday for my followup and so I can get a copy of the report to send to my surgeon. I also will get my Psych letter tonight when I see her again. I called my suregon's office on friday and they did not have these letters so I am collecting them so I can fax them to them and make sure they have all of the reports so we can move forward. After they have all of these I beleive that they will submit for approval and then give me a date. This is a tough week for me since 3/30 is my sons birthday which is wonderful he turns 12, but it is also the 1 year anniversary of my mothers passing. 1 year ago she passed away after having numerous illnesses and fighting her body just gave out in a short period of time. In a way I am also doing this for her becuase she always wanted to see me loose weight and while I did before she left but I gained more back. Well I guess I have to get back to work now.
