Looking for a small long hair chihuahua or poodle

We are trying to find a small long hair chihuahua or small poodle for our granddaughter. We cannot afford to buy her one and she just loves these little dogs. Her mama, they lkive with us, has Multiple Sclerosis, so our granddaughter does not get much for herself, mama has too many needs.
