missing my baby

She hasnt gone very far. I took my newest family member, a brindle queensland mix, to the vet this morning to get spayed. My younger male black lab has been moping around the house and more clingy then usual. I feel really bad for him. She just came to us on Sat. night and he loves her so much. He will be happy to see her tomorrow, and so will I. My vet told me I could have taken her home tonight, but I turned him down because she needs at least one good nights rest after surgery like that. My boy wont let her rest much once she gets home.

I know I am responding kinda late.... but rarely check this board.... I just wanted to say that I do know that feeling! My two are joined at the hip! My boy did ok letting our girl rest... but getting the girl to rest - well that was a different story! LOL I hope they are both doing well now~ ~Starr~
