:-) Frenchies or Bullmastiff Parents out there?

Hi- I am also new to this board. I have 4-"fur-kids", two french bulldogs and two bullmastiffs! The frenchies are the boss of the big dogs without a doubt! I lost my 9 yr old bullmastiff girl "Nelly" to cancer in January. I miss her terribly. I am an avid dog-shower in conformation, obedience, agility, tracking, carting....I love to train my dogs! 8-l "Bull" breeds are not supposed to be smart or athletic....but if properly motivated they are BOTH! I just recently got my denial letter from BC/BS IL and I am taking legal action. While I wait I am sure happy I have these sweethearts to hug and kiss my tears away. Dogs truly love you no matter what...don't care a bit that I am fat! When I have felt embarrassed of my weight, especially when I am showing, I look at thier faces which radiate love for me, and I feel accepted. Don't know what I would do without these guys! Cindy

Cindy, I have a 1/2 bull mastiff and 1/2 English bulldog. He is my baby, he is shorter (like his mama) but weights about 100 lbs, thinks he is a lap dog. He runs the house like his castle. Ellen
