Plea for Koda

Can anyone help this poor little keeshound pup? At only 12 weeks of age, Koda has been born with a serious illness. The result of backyard breeders, Koda's parent's both contained the recessive genes needed to combine to produce Tetralogy of Fallot, as serious heart condition consists of four cardiac defects which occur simultaneously. Complex open hear surgery is required to correct the disorder. Without this surgery, Koda will only survive another year or two.
