crossing the border

I have a 2 month chihuahua,i wanted to travel over to Tijuana. Does anyone know what type of papers i need to cross her back with? Rosie

I know for canada, you must have all vaccinations and rabies shots and a written letter of heath from your vet. All you should need to do is call your vet and they should be able to tell you. or do a search on the web for travel with pets abroad. good luck and enjoy your trip. PS take pictures of your dog and you at home and be sure to keep all the vet papers and pix with you all the time. This probably isnt necessary but I wouldnt leave nothing to chance that might mean I could loose my pet. You might also have it microchipped and keep ID tags on it too. Rosemary

Rosemary,Thats my name too! Rosie for short. I think the picture idea is good. I thought of doing that. She is just to young to have her rabies. I have her first set,i also have the vets documents on it,but I dont know if thats going to be ok. I will call customs again tomorrow. Thanks for your help.
