Topic: RE: Pugs!!
I know what you mean, it so sad to think about life without them. Pugs can live 15 years and up, not long enough I know. My oldest pug is now 4 the youngest is a year they are healthy so thankfully I won't have to think about that for a long time! I hope you won't either!

Topic: RE: DOBERMAN LOVER HERE
Faith: Try contacting your local humane socity, they sometime have dobies that people give up for one reason or another. Also check your local papers, sometime people have puppies for sale and they want to retire the Mother dog and will sometime give them away or sell them very cheap. But check out the dog, and don't forget to ask if the dog has had its shots, and is it heartworm neg. Good luck on your search. I have had dobies myself, they are great dogs. Lynda

Topic: RE: spoiled Jack Russell
I have a JRT that is about 13 years old and she thinks she is Queen of the mountain. I dog is too big to be put down by Roxie, she adopted me, she was my grandson's dog, and she got mad at my daughter one day and just came to my house and never went home. I also have a Rat terrier, Toto, Roxie and Toto had one litter of Jack Rat's and I sold them, her first litter she had 7 puppies. And was an excellent Mom. I also have a Boston terrier, she just got home from having knee surgery today. I love dogs, and they are my childern now that mine are grown. And givinig Baby a bath every other day is really not good for her, I use to work for a vet. She could develope skin problems. Good luck with your Spoiled Baby, I have 3 Spoiled babies. Lynda

I also have a spoiled Jack Russell, named Buffy. She's 2 1/2 years old. I live by the rule if Buffy can't go I don't go. She sleeps with us, goes to work with my husband while I'm working, goes on vacation with us. If we go out to eat she is in the car. Has lots of toys, sweaters for the Fall, coat for the Winter, wouldn't want her to get cold. Loves to chase chipmunks, play rough, and thinks she's the baby. She gives as much love as she gets, and has brought a great deal of fun to our lives. Buffy, was given to me by my uncle after I loss my yellow lab who I'd had for 11 years due complications from surgery. So no I don't think your crazy, there's alot of us out there.

Topic: Any Scottish Terrier Owners/lovers out there?
We own a 3 year old Scottie named George. He is just the best dog I have ever owned! Easy to train, loving, smart, interesting.... Anybody out there a Scottie lover? We want to get another one soon, a female probably. We're having a hard time finding a breeder though! Rachel

Topic: HELP - new dog need training
I have just been given a new German Shepherd dog who is a year old and his former owners have NOT worked with this dog at all.... He's intelligent and seems to be able to take some training, but really needs serious training and work to get under control. Does anyone know a trainer that is reasonable in price in the Atlanta area that could help me? I'll even gladly take some suggestions from anyone able to help me. Thanks! Dee Dee
