Topic: How to photograph your puppy
1. Remove film from box and load camera. 2. Remove film box from puppy's mouth and throw in trash. 3. Romove puppy from trash and brush coffee grounds from muzzle. 4. Choose a suitable background for photo. 5. Mount camera on tripod, check flash and focus. 6. Find puppy and take dirty sock from mouth. 7. Place puppy in pre-focused spot and return to camera. 8. Forget about spot and crawl after puppy on knees. 9. Focus with one hand while fending off puppy with other hand. 10. Get tissue and clean nose print from lens. 11. Put cat outside and put peroxide on the scratch on puppy's nose. 12. Put magazines back on coffe table. 13. Try to get puppy's attention by squeaking toy over your head. 14. Replace your glasses and check camera for damage. 15. Jump up in time to grab puppy by scruff of neck and say - "No outside!". 16. Call spouse to help clean up mess. 17. Topic: RE: shih tzu's??????
Hi Kimberly, This is my first time on this Board. I have two shih tzu's. Marissa who is almost 6 yrs old and her baby Maggie who is two years old. They are my second family since my children are grown and no longer home. Marissa is tan and white and Maggie is tan and white with black mixed in her face. I love them to death and they are spoiled rotten. Have a great day.

Hi Karen, Nikki will be 3 years old next month. I got her as a very young puppy and the first night I put her in her training cage and she didn't make a sound until the next morning. I knew I had hit the jackpot. At night I tell her "Last trip out." and let her into our fenced in back yard where she does her duty and then I say " Beddy bye time." and she goes into he training cage for the night. Nikki is the first long haired I have had. I had 1 standard and 2 mini shorthaired and I find Nikki's personality to be totally different. She is my shadow and is content as long as I am in sight. She loves to get on the sofa and wiggle herself between my husband and me.

Hi! Reference your mom having problems with the VA on benefits. Have her contact the Disabled American Veterans (DAV) or Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) they can help her get the benefits for his funeral. Look under government to get their phone numbers. Hope this helps. A wls member who use to work for the VA. I know how it works.

That is so nice that you still take his baby to visit him in the home, they get so lonley. Some homes have resident pets, cats that circulate and comfort the older people. YOur dad and his dog must share a strong bond of love, Im sure it brightens his day to see is little girl, and his baby come to visit him. I guess I'm mushey :0) Rosemary

Nikki is a delight. She is black and tan and has a very expressive face. My dad is in a nursing home and he delights in her visits. She will sit on his lap for an hour and graciously accept all compilments from the staff and visitors. She is shy with people until she gets to know them. She is very obedient and the only dog that my husband really likes. She had his twisted around her paw right away.
