NO offense to anyone but IMHO, people sould really think twice or even thrice b4 taking someone to court. Yeah they should have offered to pay. That would have been in good tast, but naturally people try to protect their money until they HAVE to face facts, they're responsible. I would talk to them. When someone bounce a check to me, I call once, assuming they meant no harm, call again, maybe they didnt get the message and then I make it clear I intend to be paid, but am calling as a courtosy. They we play hard ball. I just think You would get a better result if you left the courts to play their intended role. A last resort when two parties can't come to a desicion.

Hi, I just found your post and wanted to post to you. I have a pom, he's a red sable and 10 years old, and he is a very loveable and sweet dog. I also have 2 ****er spaniels, and a pug. The pom can be a little anoying once in a while with his high shrill barking, I have a muzzle, when he gets too over-anxious. I have found him easy to train over the years and for the most part obedient. I'm a dog groomer and in the summers I shave his entire body down and leave a fluffy tail and a lions mane cut around his head. He looks really cute, and this allows him to go swimming with me without the extra weight of his hair pulling him under, and he loves to go floating on rafts. By christmas his hair is to the ground again, it grows very fast. I always use a good shampoo and cream rinse when I bathe him. I usually use a oatmeal shampoo or green tea and aloe shampoo by Top Performance. Poms really don't need alot of bathes it dries out their skin. I bathe him no more than twice a month, unless he gets in a mess. I use frontline plus or advantage on him in the summers, during flea season and have him on heart worm year around. I think you'll find this breed to be very people compatible and extremely affectionate. Good luck - Kat
