It's free food week at work since I'm a student in a high-profile class!!! B -- I did splurge on a tiny turnover, but compensated with some of my freshly made fabulous trail mix.....oh.....and a diet coke, my morning vise. L -- pasta day ! Thank goodness they had meatballs on the side. I had 8 meatballs with marinara, some salad, and veggies with alfredo sauce...a half slice of bread with garlic-herb butter and a cookie. S -- nibbled on some more trail mix as I was sharing with my boss sitting next to me, also had a slice of banana bread. D -- some cruncy taco hamburger helper...believe it or not, sometimes I just love the stuff.

Had much better day--was starving B: 3 servings of imitation crab L: 3 lowfat mozzarella cheesesticks S: 2 serving of imitation crab D: 2 Filet o' Fish patties with cheese--no bun or tartar sauce 86 g protein. One of my best days yet. My goal is to be able to eat 100 g by end of month. michelle

Much calmer and lower carb day than yesterday. The free-for-all days can be a bit tasty but not worth the obsessing afterwards. I'd rather stick with intake such as what's listed below. 9a: MermaidOne 10a: Blueberries & Cool Whip 1p: Turkey, cheese, grape tomato roll-ups with mayo 6p: Cheeseburger (no bun, of course ... but oy what a day I had YESTERday! ) 8p: Chocolate Stallone Pudding & Cool Whip 10p: Slim-A-Bear Crunch Ice Cream Bar I don't know why every time I put on my clothes I expect them NOT to fit. It's such a precious gift we have here that I'm afraid it will slip away in the dark of night. I can't believe I'm a size 4 and every time when I reach for my clothes and find that I am indeed there (and comfortably so), it's a new WOW moment ...
