These'd work for y'all too... just take out the raisins and use reg'lar PB or PowerPB in its place if you're carbphobic:

JUPITER'S BALLS (Oh shut UP! I feel like Chef talking 'bout my Chocolate Salty Balls))

1/4 cup PowerPB Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Peanut Butter and Company Cinnamon Raisin Peanut Butter
1 scoop Chocolate Unjury protein
1/4 cup TVP (Texturized vegetable protein)
1/3 cup DaVinci Syrup (I used Peanut Butter flavor, but vanilla or chocolate'd be great)
2 tbsp GOOD cinnamon
2 tbsp Splenda

In bowl, combine peanut butters and melt in microwave-- about a minute. Add TVP, protein powder and then add Davinci to make it mixable (use your fingers and knead it.)

Roll into 1 inch balls, and roll cooled balls in cinnamon/Splenda mixture.(This'll keep 'em from stickng in the fridge). Refridgerate until cool and dense (like their creator.) They're like dense fudge. I had two and now don't have room for dinner, and I usually am quite the ol' garbage gut.

You could use other peanut butter, and add raisins/take out raiins/add chopped nuts, but your nutrition totals will change some!

Yields 18 1 inch PB balls! And these are NOM NOM NOM!

Hey Jupiter, couple of questions:
What is PowerPB?  Did you mean 1/4 cup TVP?  Is TVP flavorless?

TVP is flavorless, yes.

Power PB is available at The Vitamin Shoppe-- less sugar and twice the protein of regular peanut butter-- it's soy enhanced and very very tasty! You could make these with any kind of peanut butter though-- I know y'all like to get some extra fat in there.
