I had some dental work today, so I wasn't able to eat like I would normally. The whole left side of my mouth has been numb.
B - 3 scrambled eggs with cheese and sausage, 2 slices of buttered low carb toast
L - Beef enchilada with sour cream
S - 1 oz of pringles
D - Dreamfields lasagna
S - 2 slices of buttered low carb toast
Drank at least 64 oz of water and SF kool aid
Totals - Carbs 54, Protein 102
Fitness: 1 hour Pilates mat class and 1 hour Zumba class

Protein Chai Tea Recipe
Ingredients
.5c milk (or cream)
.5c Oregon sugar free chai tea concentrate (The only place around here that carries it is Wal-Mart)
1 scoop EAS vanilla protein powder
Microwave milk for 1 minute, add chai tea concentrate. This will cool it down to just "warm" so the protein doesn't get clumpy. Add scoop of protein powder and then I use a small handwisk to mix in the protein. The chai completely hides the protein taste and I've had really good luck with the EAS blending with no clumps. Thats it!
