***Friday Food & Fitness***
- about a cup of cottage cheese and then some oatmeal with dried cranberries
- more cottage cheese
- bowl of special k protein plus with high protein milk
- more cottage cheese
- a few tbsp of peanut butter w/3-4 wheat crackers and a cheeseburger patty
- a couple nibbles of some almonds
- another bowl of oatmeal with dried cranberries and some more cottage cheese
- cheeseburger patty
- about 4 sausage links and 2 eggs over easy
- nibbles of some sugar snap peas and green beans while I was packing my lunch for tomorrow
On a cottage cheese kick, apparently...ate a whole large container of the stuff today.

Lunch: The insides of 1/2 roast beef sandwich (20 g.)
Snack: Protein drink (15 g.)
Dinner: 5 Red Lobster fried shrimps, 1 cheddar biscuit, 2 bites of salad (15 g.)
Snack: Banana (1 g.)
Not enough protein - 51 g.. Too many carbs: 57 g.
I'm going now to get my jar of peanut butter. I cannot deal with a protein shake right now.
Exercise: Walking 30 minutes

b - le roule cream cheese with about 4 ritz crackers
latte made with extra protein stuff in it
l - nother latte - normal one this time in a cafe
s - chicken pasty - I ate about half the filling and binned the rest
dinner - fixed a plate with some ham, pickle, stilton cheese, st paulin cheese and an avocado pear and just picked at it all night
2 chicken strips from dominos (thanks to my dp)
1 inch square piece of chocolate brownie also from dominos
