 I've been building shelving all day for Barb's Quilt Shop and didn't take the time to eat that I should have, but I've been eating ever since I finished the shelves; here's what I've got so far:

B - OJ, 2 Scrambled eggs with sausage, cheese and salsa.
S - 5 Zesty Chicken Wings.
L - Late about 4:00 PM, McDouble sans bottom bun.
S - 2 slices summer sausage with cheese.
D - Chicken Fried Chicken w Pepper Gravy
S - ????? Haven't had it yet, but I'll probably eat something in an hour or so.

DS Calories     758
Protein  116 grams
Carbs      66 grams

Looks like I better find some DS calories and protein!

It looks like you really brought your carbs down today--way to go!

I get jealous every time I see those chicken wings on your list. Wingstop Original Hot and Lemon Pepper wings were a favorite pre-op feast.  I will be sooooo happy when I am able to eat them again.

 HI Stephaine,

The wings I'm eating are from the local Albersons Grocery Store Deli, they're crispy and spicy, but not too spicy.

Why can't you have wings now?

I am still unable to eat chicken. I try every couple of weeks and no luck as of yet. No matter how small the bite or tender the meat, it feels like I am swallowing a block of sandpaper that gets stuck at the bottom of my throat.

 Wow Stephanie, that really sucks; are you eating the skin with the meat? For me, that's what lets the wings go down so well, there's more skin and fat on them than on the other chicken pieces I've had.

Oh yes and covered in blue cheese dressing. I am still having problems with ground beef too--I would kill for a hamburger.

Dr. Stewart gave me a 2 oz. stomach and I think that has a lot to do with it.

No Papa Murphy's where you are? The deLite pizza is a bake your self we get at Papa Murphy's. My fav is the veggie; only problem is that I could eat the whole pie!

I'm blaming my eating today on Obama!!!!!!! Dayum you future president and all your DC commotion.

64 ozs water, all vits. At least I can say that!

ETA my 3 things:
Proud that I can say I lived in DC when the first African American president was sworn in
Thankful that by Wednesday all these mofos will be gone
For hubby accepting my deal......I can stink up the room tonight (with no complaints) in exchange for certain favors on Sat LOL
