I am so embarrassed lol

B- Protien shake (ok I did that)
S- cashews (I was starting off good)
L- 2 slices of cheese pizza (this is where it starts going downhill)
S- piece of cake with Obamas face on it (yes I ate the new president.....and he was dayum good)
D- onion rings, BBQ chicken wings (covered in sauce...man o man), french fries, cornbread (I said it was getting ugly)
S- twizzlers (if that just dont top the night of all nights off)

So needless to say hubby is DYING in here. Oh well  He said I better be in my bikini by summer or I am so not worth this!!! We are over here cracking up!

I am a bad girl  But tomorrow is a new day! I will be good tomorrow

And this is where the no weighing in really SUCKS! I would love to see what the scale says, but hell I don't know what I weighed today lol

Oh yea.....I would be totally upset w/o the wings. They were def on the top 5 reasons for getting the DS!! So sawwy for you!

Highest Known Weight  =  370#  /  59.7 bmi  @  5'6"

Current Weight  =  168#  /  26.4 bmi  :  fluctuates 5# either way  @  5'7"  /  more than 90% EWL
Normal BMI (24.9)  =  159#:  would have to compromise my muscle mass to get here without plastics, so this is not a goal.

Ya'll are cracking me up today. I wanted to do liquids todays too because I have been pooping so much... but I actually had an appetite too so I just went for it.... be paying for it tomorrow.

B- 2 mashed boiled eggs w/butter & salt
L- 25 pepperonis and 1 slice cheddar
D- tiny bit of steak and grilled onions
S- more pepperoni and cheese

Protein- 62
Carbs- 10
Liquids- 60 oz.
Vitamins- all

The scale still hasn't moved. It will be 3 weeks tomorrow. My clothes feel no different (still tight as hell). I am really upset ya'll. I am going to try not to weigh for a week, but I will be so upset if it still doesn't move.

Just sharing a little info about how I lose weight during the month. I lose the majority of my weight the week around my anniversary. I usually go a week or so every month without any loss. As far as my clothes go, I can fit into clothes one day and then the next they are too big. The DS works--not always at the pace we would like--trust it. This is a marathon and not a sprint.

You are just about 6 weeks out and are doing great! I would have killed in order to get in your protein (by food) and fluid numbers so soon. I am so proud of you for your dedication in posting what you eat everyday and your focus to make sure that you are getting everything your body needs.

Remember, your body is still adjusting to its new biology.
