Thanks Stephanie.

I worry so much. It is hard to get "diet" off the brain. I like posting my day, keeps me accountable, especially for my liquids and carbs.

You're doing fabulous too. I only hope to be where you are soon!

We all go through that mental BS. Like most of us, I have failed every time that I have tried to lose weight AND keep it off. Because of this a lot of us get a "loser's mentality." We just need to claim a new "loser's mentality" which programs us to believe that this time is different and we are not alone.

I promise you that if you get enough protein and liquids in everyday, take all your vitamins according to your nutritional needs, and keep your carbs under control that not only will you get to be a skinny ***** but you will be healthier than you have ever been in your life.

Something else that has helped me was beginning some physical activity--have been slacking this past week. I just feel better after a walk or some yoga.

BTW, plus sized clothing is so difficult to move out of. I swear it takes at least 20 lbs. They are so forgiving when we are gaining weight but that is a double-edged sword. Even though, I have lost 5 sizes, I could technically still wear my pre-op jeans. Mind you they sit on my hips and look funny. I am just trying to how just how frustrating/forgiving they are for us.

I think I have whatever Shani Has...Obama Carbo Itis....
Tempting and Delicious...but, now feeling guilty. LOL.

Actually, I felt like a "crack" addict looking for a fix, ALL DAY. I mean, almost shaky. It was really weird. In the end, I did terrible on the carbs..but the fat and protein are good.

As Shani says, tomorrow is another day.
HAPPY MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR. DAY...CAN'T WAIT TO WATCH TOMORROW!!!!

Huge piece of crustless ham and cheese quiche with ketchup on top
Insides of a small baked potato with sour cream, butter and fry sauce

1/3 of a banana
Diet Coke with some vanilla syrup from Sonic
1/2 of a Think Thin Brownie Crunch Bar

1 Small Honey Tangerine
1 scoop champ protein shake with milk and 2 TBSP of normal Suiss Miss Mixed In

1/2 Taco Bell Cheese Quesadilla
Insides of a Chicken Soft Taco

3/4 cup of Honey Nut Cheerios with A whole bunch of shredded coconut...DRY...
My final stand against the Carbo Crack Addict syndrome...
No the think thin didn't work, the tangerine and banana didn't help, the protein shake with a bit of real hot chocolate mix didn't hit it...
I had to go past the mark with another 50 carbs in dry cereal and shredded coconut.
At least the coconut is equal parts fat and carbohydrates!!!

I think I am done, for tonight. Pray for me tomorrow.
Cuz, I need a gym membership to help me with my metabolism vs. the carbs.
It sucks.
