i thought it seemed like a lot!!
I thought i was hearing things then i looked at paperwork... and she did say to eat protein first.. i thought how the heck... unless i ate 12 meals lol
i thought Maybe 60 a day was feasable but 180, its not even possible according to my calculations.
my only concern was my half cup of ice cream on occasion lol

Did my goofy uncle ever make it to your house? i haven't seen him.
I'm feelin lousy from these injections. stressed but trying to stay positive. They did diagnose me with MS last week. It wasn't a shock, I think the Dr. was hoping for the best but mentally I've been deteriorating rapidly which is a bad sign so he had to break the news. We are hopinh for the best with this treatment though =)

I don't even see how that is physically possible to get that many good/healthy carbs in plus all the protein.
A big bowl of oatmeal is only 27g carb, 4g fiber. Hurts my stomach to think about eating the equivalent of 6x that, plus all the protein.
I eat prob. 150g carbs per day to maintain. I think I could eat more but I'm too scared. haha :)

She is just plain wrong! If you eat 30g of carbs 6 times per day, besides the fact that it will most likely slow your weight loss, how will you fit in any protein? That takes most of the room when you are early out. Most try to limit carbs to 50g per DAY. Please don't listen to this nut (literally).
