D - Mushroom chicken & sausage casserole (Linda Sue's site), asparagus
S - diet swiss miss and probably more casserole
Fitness:
Treadmill, weights
My 3 things:

3. The last child is in his last semester of high school!
I went out for an impromptu dinner with a girlfriend after working out, so I don't have everything calculated in fitday.com. Also, went to the dentist at lunchtime and was unable to eat anything but soft and boring stuff for lunch.
B - 3 scrambled eggs with cheese and sausage, 2 slices of buttered low carb toast
L - 2 colby jack cheese sticks and 2 gouda cheese rounds
S - 2 more colby jack cheese sticks and soy crisps dipped in garlic cheese
D - Bowl of french onion soup without croutons, but tons of cheese and a whole grain bagel with cream cheese.
Drank a gallon of water and SF kool aid
Totals - I don't know, as of lunch Carbs 28, Protein 97
Fitness: 1 hour Pilates mat class, 1 hour Zumba class

D-salmon cake, 2 spoons of mac-n-cheese w/ dreamfields (hubby didnt even know the difference) Sucker!!!!!!!!!!!
I didn't do my calculations today. But I eat almost the same thing everyday so it should be fine, protien wise
No workout, worked OT and then came home and got sucked into OH. I have to figure out what I'm going to do. I'll be working OT for the next 2 months to pump my income up for my mortgage application in March. I'm going to have to buckle down and make it work!

2+ yrs post-op, maintenance mode, trying not to lose anymore weight and holding steady
B1 - protein (21g) - Special K with berries, milk, 1/2 scoop Champion Nutrition Vanilla protein added to cereal
B2 - protein (34g) - ON Rocky Road protein, milk
L1 - protein (15g) - 1/2 gyro , 12 oz can caffeine free diet orange soda
L2 - protein (15g) - 1/2 gyro, 12 oz can caffeine free diet orange soda
Dinner - protein (19g) - broiled tilapia parmesan, steamed carrots, diet orange soda
Snack - protein (35g) - LaYogurt pina colada, Champion Nutrition vanilla protein, milk

L -- chicken parmesan sandwich (ate 1/2 of the top piece of ciabatta bread it was sandwiched in) and a handful of my fries

S -- a drumstick
Boy, I don't eat much when I get busy.

I'll make up for it today -- lunch at Chipotle!!!
