Food:
B - Coffee, sugar free mocha, banana scream
L - bacon, asparagus
S - diet swiss miss
D - Mushroom chicken & sausage casserole (Linda Sue's site), asparagus
S - diet swiss miss and probably more casserole

Fitness:
Treadmill, weights

My 3 things:
1.  SCADS (looking forward to Sunday)
2.  Linda Sue's recipes and advice
3.  The last child is in his last semester of high school!

Thanks for starting this Dawna, I was out later than usual!

I went out for an impromptu dinner with a girlfriend after working out, so I don't have everything calculated in fitday.com. Also, went to the dentist at lunchtime and was unable to eat anything but soft and boring stuff for lunch.

B - 3 scrambled eggs with cheese and sausage, 2 slices of buttered low carb toast
L - 2 colby jack cheese sticks and 2 gouda cheese rounds
S - 2 more colby jack cheese sticks and soy crisps dipped in garlic cheese
D - Bowl of french onion soup without croutons, but tons of cheese and a whole grain bagel with cream cheese.

Drank a gallon of water and SF kool aid

Totals - I don't know, as of lunch Carbs 28, Protein 97

Fitness: 1 hour Pilates mat class, 1 hour Zumba class

 Here's my eats for the day:

B - 2 scrambled eggs, sausage, cheese & salsa.
S - Pure Whey Stack shake & a grilled cheese sandwich.
L - Polish sausage, 1/2 bun, kraut, swiss cheese and lots of mustard.
D - White Chicken Chili.
S - Pure Whey shake.

141 grams Protein 75 grams carbs.

Walked about a mile today.

Hey Dawna! I was so worried about Ugly Betty I forgot about food and fitness

B-Steph and Shani's High Protien Frap (say that 5 times fast)
S- 2 ozs cashews
L- cup white chicken chili
S-greek yogurt w/ reduced sugar jam
S2-cheddar cheese stick
D-salmon cake, 2 spoons of mac-n-cheese w/ dreamfields (hubby didnt even know the difference) Sucker!!!!!!!!!!!

I didn't do my calculations today. But I eat almost the same thing everyday so it should be fine, protien wise

No workout, worked OT and then came home and got sucked into OH. I have to figure out what I'm going to do. I'll be working OT for the next 2 months to pump my income up for my mortgage application in March. I'm going to have to buckle down and make it work!

S - Atkins Protein Shake

D - 4 oz. Beef/Pork Polish Sausage

I will probably have some cheese or something later.

Fitness: 20 Minutes Wii Fit and a 7 minutes sprint to my class (I was late)

I was not very hungry today. I guess to balance out the past couple of days. Although, I do have a headache that I am unable to get rid of.

 I'm sick of winter up here...last week it was -40 celcius (don't know what that is in farenheit) every morning.  I need grass, beaches and sun!!

B -- yogurt.....then oatmeal when I got to work
S -- 1/2 cup almonds
L -- chicken parmesan sandwich (ate 1/2 of the top piece of ciabatta bread it was sandwiched in) and a handful of my fries
D -- fried chicken breast, mashed potatoes and gravy and a biscuit
S -- a drumstick

Boy, I don't eat much when I get busy.
I'll make up for it today -- lunch at Chipotle!!!
