That's an amazingly fast rate of weight loss!  Do you keep carbs really, really low, lots of exercise, maybe off some drug like steroid that was working against you?  I want to know so I can do everything you're doing next month!  Congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm doing what I learned on OH as far as keeping the carbs below 50 a day and mostly complex ones.  Simple carbs give me painful intestinal cramps and gas, and i can tell right away if one snuck in under my label-reading radar.  I eat protein first and get in about 80-100 g like we are supposed to, (most of the time) take my vitamins, water is more than 64 oz a day.  It is really easy once I got into a routine.

Yes you got it, I am off a ton of medications.  I was on Lyrica, Metformin, huge doses of NSAIDS, the wrong mood medication, and my huge hormonal imbalance is balancing out as all that estrgoen leaves from the fat cells.  All those were contributing to my problem, plus fluid retention, but were also needed to help the problms that arose from being so obese.  Sleep apnea was a huge cause of weight loss resistance.  Now I have tons of energy and much better short term memory! Being lighter allows me to actually move around and not sit all the time, so my activity level is improved.  I can exercise again, but just walking is a huge accomplishment compared to before.
You are going to have great success, just wait and see!
